Hydrostatic Shell / Proof Testing

Controlled hydraulic or pneumatic pressurization of assembly housings to designated pressures, validating structural integrity under expected operating conditions.

 

Housing Burst / Tensile Testing

Over-pressurization to failure for maximum burst-pressure characterization, validating design and safety margins above the system’s Maximum Expected Operating Pressure (MEOP) or Maximum Allowable Working Pressure (MAWP).

 

Plus Testing

Burst-pressure verification below nominal burst point to ensure disks do not fail prematurely, guaranteeing predictable relief performance.

 

Pressure Cycle Testing

Custom fatigue analysis by cycling disks to customer-specified pressures, revealing susceptibility to pressure-induced material fatigue.

 

Vacuum Annealing
